Futurelife High Protein Smart Food is an instant chocolate-flavoured cereal that can be enjoyed as a meal or shake. The current 500g pack combines three protein sources—whey, casein and soya—for multistage protein release and provides 22.5g protein per 75g serving.

Ingredients
SmartProtein3D™ blend (43%) [whole soya bean flour, soya protein isolate, skimmed milk powder, whey protein concentrate (14%) (cow's milk), calcium caseinate (cow's milk)], SmartMaize™ (whole maize flour), sucrose, maltodextrin, cocoa powder, calcium carbonate, flavouring, inulin (5%), salt, vitamins (vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin K, biotin and folic acid) and minerals (iron, zinc oxide, selenium amino acid chelate, chromium amino acid chelate, potassium iodide and potassium chloride).

Preparation
As a meal: For every 75g of Futurelife High Protein Smart Food, add approximately 150ml water or milk. Adjust the ratio to your preferred consistency.
As a shake: Mix 75g with 250ml water, milk or yoghurt. Shake well and enjoy at home or on the go.
Recommended serving guide
- Men: 75–150g (6–12 tablespoons)
- Women: 50–100g (4–8 tablespoons)
- Teens: 50–80g (4–6 tablespoons)
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within four weeks and keep the inner foil bag airtight to preserve freshness.
